The Hugr mobile app allows you to delete your Hugr account and all associated data at any time. If you wish to delete some of your data without deleting your account you'll need to delete manually delete each of your entries.
The steps below will guide you on deleting your Hugr account and data. Please contact support@hugr.ca further questions.
- Open Hugr and ensure that you're signed in to your account
- Navigate to the Settings screen
- Tap on your name to navigate to the Account screen
- Choose Delete Account to navigate to the Delete Account screen.
- Tap on the Delete button and the confirm button on the dialog that follows.
- The user's account is deactivated and its associated data is archived then deleted after seven days of retention. It may also be requested to be completely deleted sooner than seven days.
